Wells McGiffert is an accomplished business development executive with extensive experience in the renewable energy sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Business Development at PRC Wind since October 2022, Wells previously held leadership positions at ALLETE Clean Energy, including Business Development Vice President and Director of Business Development, where efforts included overseeing the successful development of the 107.5MW Thunder Spirit Wind Project in Hettinger, ND. Prior roles include Project Manager at Windlab Developments USA and Renewable Energy Project Manager at the Bureau of Land Management. Early career experience involved management of real estate development and project consulting at Wells Management Company. Wells holds an MBA in Management and Finance from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
