Joshua Kenitzer has a strong background in commercial real estate and banking. Currently serving as Executive Vice President at PRE/3, Joshua oversees the investment, development, and management of multi-family properties. Prior to this, Joshua worked as an Assistant Vice President at FirstMerit Bank and as a Commercial Banking Officer at Wintrust Financial Corporation. Joshua graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh in 2009.
