Ricardo Voyceik

Ricardo Voyceik is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the CTO of Preâmbulo Tech since February 2020, where responsibilities include leading technological vision, managing product development teams, and ensuring secure system architectures. Previous roles include Project Development Manager, overseeing project execution and implementing DevOps culture, and Data Protection Officer, contributing to compliance and information security. At Tribunal Regional Federal da 4ª Região, Ricardo acted as a Judicial Expert in Information Technology and participated in the development of electronic processing systems. As an IT Expert Consultant, expertise was provided in software development within the legal sector, utilizing various programming languages and platforms. Ricardo's early career included a position as a third-party developer with Computer Associates (CA). Educational qualifications include a PhD in Biomatemática, Bioinformática e Biologia Computacional and multiple degrees in areas related to Information Technology and Bioinformatics from prominent Brazilian universities.
