Debbie Poe

Debbie Poe, SPHR has extensive work experience in human resources, spanning across various companies and roles. Debbie started their career in 1984 at JTM Industries, Inc., where they served as the VP-Human Resources for over 13 years. From 1998 to 1999, they worked as an HR Generalist at Ingenix Pharmaceutical Services. In 1999, they joined Bradley-Morris, Inc. as the Director of Human Resources, responsible for a wide range of HR duties and contributing to strategic alignment. Debbie then joined The National Christian Foundation in 2007, initially as the Vice President of Human Resources and later as the VP/Sr. HR Generalist until 2018. In the same year, they took on the role of VP/Sr. HR Generalist at the National Christian Foundation. Currently, they hold the position of VP-People Services at Precept, which they assumed in 2018. Debbie Poe's experience showcases their expertise in HR management, employee relations, compensation, benefits administration, recruitment, and strategic planning.
