Jacqueline Konkol

Jacqueline Konkol is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in hospice and home health care. Currently serving as a Hospice RN Case Manager at Preceptor Health Care since April 2022, Jacqueline previously held similar positions at Heartland Home Care & Hospice and St. Camillus, where responsibilities included managing patient care and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. Jacqueline’s clinical expertise was further developed during a long tenure at Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare, providing care to hospice patients and managing complex cases in various settings. Additionally, Jacqueline has academic experience as a Clinical Teaching Assistant at Alverno College, supervising nursing students. Jacqueline holds a Master of Arts in Ministry from Cardinal Stritch University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Alverno College.
