Nigel J.B. MacClancy is the current CEO and Director at Precidiag, Inc. Nigel has over 25 years of experience in management and consulting, with a focus on strategic planning and execution, product development, and business operations.
Nigel started their career at Bose Corporation in 1993, where they spent 6 years as the Manager of Product Portfolio Planning. In 1999, Nigel left Bose to join CSC Consulting as Principal in the Alliance Partner Group. After a year at CSC, Nigel became Senior Manager of Portfolio Planning at Kronos Inc. In 2007, Nigel left Kronos to join American Superconductor as Senior Manager of HTS Strategic Project Management, where they were responsible for the commercialization of advanced technology and the execution of strategic initiatives in the Superconductor Group. Nigel left American Superconductor in 2011 to start their own consulting firm, Accelare Consulting. At Accelare, Nigel assisted business leaders with the articulation of strategic objectives and the development of the capabilities required to achieve them. Nigel left Accelare in 2016 to join Precidiag as CEO and Director.
Nigel has also served as Chief Operating Officer at Hydro Metallic Group, LLC from October 2019 to December 2021.
Nigel J.B. MacClancy attended Clongowes Wood College, a high school, before going on to study law at University College Dublin. Nigel then obtained their BCL degree from University College Dublin.
