Martin Boys

Martin Boys is currently the Head of Analytics at Precinct Properties New Zealand Limited. Prior to their current role, Martin held positions such as Senior Manager - Value & Strategy at Kiwi Property, Investment Manager at Stride Property Limited, and various roles in Structured Transactions & Advisory Services at CBRE. Martin also worked as a Registered Valuer at Aim Valuation Limited and as a Valuer at CB Richard Ellis. Martin holds a B.Prop degree from The University of Auckland.
