Richard Hilder is the Chief Financial Officer of Precinct Properties New Zealand Limited. Prior to this role, Richard held positions such as GM Finance and Corporate Analyst and Investor Relations Manager at the same company. Richard also has experience as a Senior Fund Analyst and Development and Acquisitions Analyst at Goodman. Before that, Richard worked as a Fixed Interest and Property Analyst at Trust Investments. Richard earned a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Finance from The University of Auckland.
