Katrien Roels

Katrien Roels has a diverse work experience in HR roles starting from a Selectie en Recrutering stage at KBC Bank in 2004. Katrien then progressed to roles at KBC Bank and Voka Halle-Vilvoorde before taking up the position of HR Business Partner at BDO Belgium in 2015. Currently, they are the Head of HR at Precirix since March 2022. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in talent management, recruitment, and HR strategy development.

Katrien Roels completed their high school education at Sint Lambertusinstituut Ekeren (current: Moretus) from 1993 to 1999, focusing on Economics and Modern Languages. Katrien then pursued a degree in Psychology with a specialization in Organisational Psychology at KU Leuven from 1999 to 2005.
