Darshak Sheth

Mr. Darshak Sheth, Chairman of the Company has Graduated from Marathwada University with Industrial Electronics Engineering in the year 1994 and has completed formal Leadership Training program on Management from premium Institute. He Started his career with Indian Marketing Corporation (Siemens System Integrators) Vadodara as Project Engineer. At the age of 24 in 1998 he founded Precise Control Systems to work as Service Franchise of Siemens. He was actively involved in providing technical support services for Siemens products related to Industrial Automation and Electrical (PLC, AC/DC Drives, Switchgear, SCADA, ect).

In the year 1999 He incorporated Precise process Control which started working with Fortune Global 500 Company ABB Limited by associated as their Channel Partner for Gujarat region, after that in 2007 Precise Automation and Control Private Limited was incorporated. He is independent director of a BSE Listed Company i.e. Purity FlexPack Limited since 2007. He is a member of MSME committee of Federation of Small and Medium Scale Industries (Vadodara).

He is highly respected and recognized as expert in Industrial Automation and Electrical Industries in India and abroad. He has demonstrated outstanding professional skills in problem solving and providing Automation solutions for various Industries such as CEMENT, POWER, PLASTICS, TEXTILE, FERTILIZER, STEEL, DAIRY, WATER, FOOD AND BEVRAGES, CHEMICALS, API AND PHARMA.
