Julie Lipoff

Julie Lipoff has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles within the recruiting and administrative fields. Julie currently holds the position of Vice President, Recruiting at Precise Systems, Inc., where they are responsible for providing professional services for the U.S. Navy. Prior to their current role, Lipoff worked as an Administrative Manager at Eagle Properties from 2009 to 2011. Julie also served as the Manager of Recruiting at Under Armour, overseeing on-campus relations initiatives and assisting with corporate hiring. Lipoff has significant experience in attorney recruitment as well, having worked as the Manager of Attorney Recruiting at Dickstein Shapiro LLP for over a decade. Julie started their career as an Information Specialist at the American University Washington College of Law, where they supported the Office of Career Services. Lipoff also worked as a Staffing Specialist at Sparks Group.

Julie Lipoff holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in International/Global Studies from Towson University, obtained from 1991 to 1995. Julie also has a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Contemporary Communication from Notre Dame of Maryland University, earned between 2020 and 2021.
