Kathleen Richardson

Kathleen Richardson has over 14 years of work experience in various roles related to procurement, subcontracts, and contracts administration. Kathleen currently works as the Director of Procurement and SBLO at Precise Systems, Inc., a position they have held since August 2021. Prior to that, they were the Subcontracts Manager (Department Head) at the same company from December 2019 to August 2021. Kathleen has also worked as a Subcontracts Principal at SAIC from September 2019 to December 2019, and as a Senior Contracts Specialist at Precise Systems, Inc. from July 2018 to September 2019. Earlier in their career, Kathleen held multiple roles at Leidos, including Lead Subcontracts Administrator, Senior Subcontract Administrator, and Subcontract Administrator. Kathleen also gained experience as a Marketing Intern at Columbus Lions in the Professional Indoor Football League (PIFL). Kathleen began their career as a Procurement Intern at SAIC in 2007 and subsequently worked as an Associate Subcontract Administrator and Subcontract Administrator.

Kathleen Richardson's education history includes a Master of Studies in Law from USC Gould School of Law in 2020, along with a Graduate Certificate in Business Law from the University of Southern California in the same year.
