Sam Brown has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Starting in 2016, they worked as a QA Consultant at QA Consulting until December 2017. From August 2016 to December 2019, they also held the position of Business Analyst and later Digital Product Manager at RBS, where they focused on delivering an improved colleague experience across digital channels.

In 2018, Sam served as the Director at Troika Digital Limited until December 2019. They then joined Bookmark | AI Website Builder in August 2020 as a Product Manager, reporting directly to the CEO and managing a team of four.
