Paul Roma

Paul Roma is a business executive transforming healthcare worldwide by applying data, analytics, and advanced AI to address health challenges. They currently serve as Chief Executive Officer of Quiver Bioscience and as Managing Partner of Exponential Capital Management, and they chair the board of PreciseDx and sit on the Executive Board of Exponential AI. They previously led Ciox Health as Chief Executive Officer and held the GM Watson Health role at IBM; they also served as a Senior Advisor at Francisco Partners. They earned a B.S.E. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan and completed programs at IDEO University, Deloitte University (Leadership Training and AI Instructor), and the Federated Enterprise Architecture Institute.
