Rina Tsuchiya

Rina Tsuchiya is an experienced professional in location intelligence and geographic information systems (GIS), currently serving as a Sales Engineer and Location Intelligence Consultant at Precisely since May 2020. Prior to this role, Rina held positions as a Location Intelligence Consultant at Syncsort and Pitney Bowes, with responsibilities encompassing pre and post-sales support and technical analysis. Rina’s career began as a GIS Analyst at Geomedia Inc., where extensive GIS analysis was performed, followed by a position as a Database Technician and Interpreter at Oxfam Japan. Academic qualifications include a Master of Spatial Analysis from Ryerson University/University of Toronto, a GIS and Remote Sensing Certificate from York University, a B.A. (Honours) in Geography and Environmental Studies from York University, and a B.A. in Economics from Dokkyo University.
