Marshall Hodge

Marshall Hodge has extensive work experience in the aerospace industry, with a focus on leadership and operations management roles. Marshall is currently serving as the President of Precision Aerospace LLC since 2018. Prior to that, they worked at Systems 3, Inc as the Vice President & General Manager from 2009 to 2017. Marshall also held the position of Division General Manager at Barnes Aerospace from 2005 to 2009. In addition, Marshall Hodge served as the President of Cadence Aerospace from 2000 to 2005 and as a Plant Manager at Reynolds & Reynolds in 1999. Marshall began their career at Honeywell, assuming various roles and progressing to Purchasing Manager, Operations Manager, Buyer, and Engineering Administrator.

Marshall Hodge holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Arizona State University. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. Additionally, they have obtained a Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.
