Wessam Gad El-Rab's work experience begins in 2006 at Avotus, where they worked as a Senior Software Developer, implementing change requests and providing solutions for product issues. In 2009, they moved on to the Government of Alberta as a Senior Software Engineer, managing the development of the Common Reporting Application. At Accenture, starting in 2012, Wessam worked as a Technical Architect Specialist, building software cost estimates and leading architectural design projects. In 2017, they joined Trust Science as a Machine Learning Engineer, and in 2018, they founded TensorGraph.io and became the CEO. Wessam also held the role of Chief AI Officer at precision.ai in 2018. In 2020, they founded Fluido.ai, where they help brands engage with customers automatically.
Wessam Gad El-Rab holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Computing Science, which was obtained from the University of Alberta between 2009 and 2016. Prior to that, Wessam earned a Master's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Louisville, spanning from 2000 to 2003. In 1999, Wessam achieved a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from October 6 University. In terms of additional certifications, Wessam received the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) - Foundation certification in June 2005 from ITIL Certified, and the Microsoft Certified Solution Developer certification in July 2001 from Microsoft.
