Scott Dulaney

Scott Dulaney is the Director of Business Development at Precision Aircraft Management. Previously, Scott worked as a Program Manager at Wheels Up and as the Director of Transportation at inReach Healthcare. Prior to that, Scott served as the Director of Sales at Mayo Aviation and owned JLM Products & Design, Inc. Scott also has experience as a Submarine Radioman/Electronics Technician in the United States Navy. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Metropolitan State University of Denver.
