Bryan Mayfield

Bryan Mayfield has worked in a variety of roles across the healthcare industry since 2009. Bryan'sfirst role was a Pharmacy Intern at Ochsner Clinic Foundation in 2009. Bryan then worked as a Pharmacy Intern at CVS Health in 2011. From 2013 to 2015, they held four roles at Target, including Specialty Pharmacy Liaison, Healthcare District Resource, Executive Team Leader-Pharmacy, and Pharmacy Grad Intern. In 2015, they were promoted to Pharmacy Manager at CVS Health. In 2017, they held two roles: Principal Medical Writer at Kepney Medical Writing and Consultant Pharmacist at Kepney Pharmacy Services. From 2016 to 2018, they were an Adjunct Clinical Instructor at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center and a Fellow at StartingBloc. In 2020, they began working at Precision Analytical Inc. as a Research Data Scientist, Scientific Publications Manager, Clinical Education and Scientific Content Specialist, and Medical and Scientific Writer.

Bryan Mayfield completed a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) at Xavier University of Louisiana in 2013. Bryan has since obtained several certifications, including a Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate from Coursera in December 2021, a R Programmer certificate from DataCamp in November 2021, a Data Scientist with R certificate from DataCamp in April 2021, a Medication Therapy Management Services certificate from the American Pharmacists Association in June 2016, a Community Pharmacy Based Point of Care Testing certificate from the National Association of Chain Drug Stores (NACDS) in June 2015, a Certified Medical Publication Professional\u2122 certificate from the ISMPP (International Society for Medical Publication Professionals) in April 2022, a Board Certified Geriatric Pharmacist certificate from the BPS - Board of Pharmacy Specialties in July 2017, a Registered Pharmacist certificate from the Texas State Board of Pharmacy in July 2013, a Pharmacist certificate from Florida Health in August 2022, and an AMWA Essential Skills Certificate from the American Medical Writers Association (AMWA). Bryan Mayfield is currently enrolled in a Master of Science - MS in Data Science at the University of Colorado Boulder, which they are expected to complete in 2023.
