Paige Tuttle

Paige Tuttle is a dedicated healthcare professional with extensive experience in nursing and athletic training. Currently serving as a Registered Nurse and Tertiary Nurse Leader for the Medical-Surgical & Progressive Care Resource Team at Lahey Hospital & Medical Center since January 2021, Paige has also held positions as an Athletic Trainer at Precision Athletic Training and Cheshire Medical Center. Previously, Paige worked as a Registered Nurse in the 3 West Inpatient Trauma, Orthopedic, and Plastic Surgery unit at Dartmouth-Hitchcock. Educational qualifications include an ongoing MSN in Family Nurse Practitioner from Rivier University, an Accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Northeastern University, and a degree in Athletic Training from Keene State College.
