Garth Roberts has a diverse work experience in the aviation industry. Garth began their career in 2004 as an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer, gaining experience on Lockheed CC130/L382 for both DND and commercial maintenance and modification programs. From 2010 to 2011, they worked as a Production Planner, responsible for planning activities for DND assigned heavy maintenance projects and ensuring resources were aligned with project requirements. In 2011, they transitioned into the role of Induction Planner for the CC130 Maintenance Program. From 2012 to 2014, they served as a Fleet Planner in the DND CC-130 Program Management Office. In 2014, they joined Heli-One as a Project Manager/Manager Base Maintenance Airframes, Avionics Department until 2019. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Operations at Precision Aviation Group, starting in October 2019.
From 1999 to 2001, Garth Roberts attended the British Columbia Institute of Technology, where they pursued an Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Diploma. During this time, their field of study focused on Aircraft Maintenance.
