Alan Sharpe

Alan Sharpe, CPA, currently serves as Associate Director of Financial Reporting at Precision BioSciences, Inc., a position held since May 2024. Prior to this role, Alan accumulated extensive experience at Deloitte, where responsibilities included serving as Audit & Assurance Manager, Audit & Assurance Senior, and Audit & Assurance Staff from September 2018 to May 2024.
