Lauren Barclay Loughhead

Lauren Barclay Loughhead has a diverse work experience in the biotechnology industry. Lauren most recently held the position of Senior Director, Strategic Partnerships and Program Lead at Precision BioSciences, Inc. starting in 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Associate Director, Alliance Management at the same company from 2022 to 2023. Before joining Precision BioSciences, Inc., Lauren worked as a Senior Alliance Manager at the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard from 2019 to 2020. Lauren also has experience as a Senior Manager, Business Development at Warp Drive Bio, Inc. from 2014 to 2018.

Lauren Barclay Loughhead holds a Ph.D. in Biological and Biomedical Sciences (BBS) with a focus on Biological Chemistry and Molecular Pharmacology from Harvard University, which they completed between 2009 and 2014. Prior to that, they received a BA with Departmental Honors in Molecular and Cellular Biology from the University of California, Berkeley.
