Thomas Koertge is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the aerospace industry and a strong background in operational performance improvement. Currently serving as the Director of Development Programs at Precision Castparts since May 2001, Thomas Koertge excels in organization and people development, fostering cultural change within the organization.
