Ray Grupinski

Ray Grupinski serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Precision Concepts International LLC, a $210 million manufacturer of rigid packaging products, overseeing operations in Canada, Costa Rica, and the United States since April 2013. Prior to this role, Ray held the position of CEO at Lexington Precision from October 2011 to March 2013, managing a manufacturer of specialized rubber components under Private Equity firm IGP. Between December 2003 and October 2011, Ray was the President of the Global Healthcare Unit at Nypro, responsible for a $400 million unit across multiple global markets. Ray also served as President of Americas at Nypro, overseeing 22 facilities generating $660 million in revenue. Earlier in the career, Ray held the title of President at Lydall from 1990 to 2003. Educational background includes a degree from Wake Forest University and a degree from the University of Florida.
