Bhaumik Shah

Bhaumik Shah has been in the field of operations and research for several years. Bhaumik'smost recent position was as the Head of Global Operations at Precision Development (PxD), beginning in January 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Head of India Operations at PxD from September 2018 to January 2023. Before joining PxD, Bhaumik worked at Awaaz.De, where they held the role of VP Operations from August 2014 to August 2018. Bhaumik also served as a Business Development Manager at Awaaz.De from August 2012 to July 2014, where they successfully launched a voice messaging application for farmers in Gujarat and managed partnerships with various organizations. Bhaumik's career began as a Research Consultant at IFMR LEAD | Leveraging Evidence for Access and Development from April 2010 to September 2012.

Bhaumik Shah completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical from L.D. College of Engineering from 2005 to 2008. Bhaumik then pursued an MBA in Rural Management from KIIT School of Rural Management from 2008 to 2010. In addition, Bhaumik Shah obtained a Diploma in Micro finance professionals from the Indian Institute of Banking and Finance, New Delhi. Furthermore, they obtained a Certificate Program in Public Procurement from the World Bank Group in February 2019.
