Joanne began their career in 2004 as the Director of Patient Financial at Centre for Health Care, where they worked until 2011. From 2011 to 2013, they served as the Manager of Patient Financial Services at Kaiser Permanente. Joanne then joined Scripps Health as the Director of Reimbursement and worked there until 2014. Joanne then moved to Precision Diagnostics, first as the Senior Director of Reimbursement, then as the Director of Reimbursement, and finally as the Vice President of Contracting and Reimbursement.
