Miguel Gallego is President and CEO of Precision Diagnostics, where he devotes his energy towards serving all the employees – the very people that make Precision what it is. Miguel first joined the team in 2012 working closely with the founder, Jason Hansen, to develop operations, strategy, values, and long-term vision. He was promoted to President in 2017 and later to CEO in 2019.
One of the long-term visions Miguel has for Precision is to build a unique leadership model that thrives in the face of adversity and identifies obstacles as an opportunity to reinvent business processes. This takes teamwork, transparency, and vulnerability.
