Robert J Lazarczyk has a diverse range of work experience in the field of SharePoint and Office 365. Robert J began their career as a SharePoint Admin and Sr. Configuration Management Engineer at First American Financial Corporation in 2006. From there, they worked as a SharePoint Admin and Sr. Systems Engineer - Windows at Jam Jr. Enterprises / Global Choice Funds in 2007. In 2008, Lazarczyk became a Sr. SharePoint Consultant at QBEST Corporation. In 2011, they held the position of SharePoint Solutions Architect / Admin at Anaheim Union High School District and later became a SharePoint (SME), Solutions Architect, and System Analyst at Hyundai Information Service of North America. Lazarczyk then joined Orange County Employees Retirement System in 2012 as a SharePoint Architect / Admin / Business Systems Analyst. In 2014, they became a SharePoint / Office 365 Architect and Business Strategist at RTTI (RT Travel & Incentives) and went on to found iqpoint LLC in the same year, where they serve as the President and Founder, specializing in SharePoint / Office365 staffing and solutions. Moving forward, Lazarczyk worked as a SharePoint Architect, Developer & Analyst at UCLA Health in 2015 and as a SharePoint / Office 365 Architect and Operations Consultant at Precision Digital Health, Inc. starting in 2016.

Robert J Lazarczyk attended Boston University from 1985 to 1993, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.
