Jennifer Lathrop-Hill

Jennifer Lathrop-Hill, PMP, currently serves as Manager of Client Finance and previously held the role of Project Financial Analyst at Precision For Medicine since April 2020. Prior to this, Jennifer worked as Project Manager at Cognaxtech LLC from July 2019 to April 2020, and spent over a decade at Aeras, starting as a Financial Analyst III in Project Financial Management and later serving as Project Coordinator in Clinical Affairs. Jennifer's experience includes managing project financials, budgeting, and stakeholder reporting, along with notable achievements in process improvement. Earlier career experience includes serving as Clinic Operations Administrator for Valley Family Health, overseeing operations for 12 rural health clinics and managing a team of 60 employees. Jennifer holds an Associate's Degree in Liberal Arts from Santa Ana College, earned between 1995 and 1998.
