Kurt Langenbach

Kurt Langenbach is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in biorepository management and scientific research. Currently serving as Vice President and Site Head at Precision For Medicine since October 2019, Kurt provides strategic oversight for government biorepository contracts and operational activities at the Frederick site. Previously, Kurt held various roles at ATCC from September 2006 to October 2019, including Senior Director of Operations, where responsibilities included managing government contract resources and overseeing biospecimen handling. Earlier experience includes positions at the National Institute of Standards and Technology and Stanford University School of Medicine, focusing on research biology and molecular biology projects. Kurt holds a PhD in Physiology, Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, and Cancer Biology from Albany Medical College, earned between 1993 and 1999.
