Sushmita Ghatak

Sushmita Ghatak, PhD, is a seasoned professional in project management within the biopharmaceutical and clinical research sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager for Central Lab Services at Precision For Medicine since April 2022, Sushmita oversees various lab projects, ensuring alignment with client needs and budgetary constraints. Previous roles include Project Manager at Marken's home healthcare division and a Trainee in Product Management at Parexel. Education includes a PhD in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology from the Max Planck Institute for Biology of Ageing and extensive training in clinical trial management at Parexel Academy. Sushmita has also contributed to research and development projects in skin and hair research at Monasterium Laboratory and has a solid foundation in microbiology and zoology from institutions including the Indian Institute of Science and Banaras Hindu University.
