Prior to their current role, Paul was the Managing Director at Riverbend Solutions Group, Inc. from August 2019 to June 2020. There, they helped middle market businesses with growth-related issues, financial and operational under-performance, distress, and bankruptcy.

Before their time at Riverbend Solutions Group, Paul was the Board Member at The Malphurs Group and an Advisory Committee member at Austin Street Center from July 2015 to December 2017. Paul was also the Managing Director at SafeWater Capital, LLC and the CEO at Paraclete Leadership Group, LLC.

Paul has a wealth of experience in different industries and provides customized solutions to middle market business owners, lenders, and investors to solve their complex problems. Their expertise includes performance improvement, investment banking, crisis management, and "special situation" investing. Paul Patterson has an MBA in Finance from Vanderbilt University - Owen Graduate School of Management and a BBA in Economics and Management from Baylor University. Paul also has a certification from The Institute for Excellence in Corporate Governance in Executive Certificate in Nonprofit Governance.
