Mark D. McGoniagle, LS, RPLS, serves as the Northern Region Manager and Richmond Office Manager at Precision Measurements, Inc. since July 2009, overseeing operations for three offices in Richmond, Chantilly, VA, and Columbia, MD, with responsibilities in marketing, client relations, project management, and personnel development. Previously, Mark McGoniagle was an Adjunct Instructor at J. Sargeant Reynolds Community College from September 2012 to June 2017, teaching Surveying 1 and GNNS courses. Earlier career experience includes roles as Department/Regional Manager and Survey Manager at VHB from March 1984 to May 2009.
