Earlier career experience includes roles as Department/Regional Manager and Survey Manager at VHB from March 1984 to May 2009. Mark McGoniagle holds an Associate in Science degree in Civil Engineering from Northern Essex Community College and attended the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
