Stacey J Hanna

Stacey J Hanna is a legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and compliance. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Precision Medicine Group since April 2023, Stacey previously held the position of Vice President and General Counsel, E&C at Lonza from July 2017 to April 2023, following Lonza's acquisition of Capsugel. At Capsugel, from November 2011 to July 2017, Stacey was specifically recruited to enhance global legal functions and collaborated closely with C-level executives.
