Simon Litvinov

Simon Litvinov is a Co-founder and Manager at STARGATE since July 2023, focused on establishing a successful export-oriented SatNav company. Additionally, Simon serves as Co-Founder and CEO of Precision Navigation Systems, a firm specializing in sustainable ground-based GNSS infrastructure solutions since April 2018. As a Startup Mentor at Tehnopol, Simon assists the Russian-speaking startup community in various entrepreneurial skills. Previously, Simon participated in the ESA Business Incubation Centre Estonia from March 2019 to March 2021, gaining vital market research and business modeling support. Simon became a YTILI Fellow in 2018 and completed an intensive startup acceleration program with Startup Wise Guys in mid-2018. Earlier roles include Business Development and Sales at Industrial Geodetic Systems R&D, Junior Analyst at Axience, Social Media Marketing Specialist at Consalger, and Leadership Ambassador at Unilever. Simon holds a Specialist Degree in International Business from Dostoevsky Omsk State University and attended a Business German summer school at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München.
