David Halladay

David Halladay has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. David started their career at M&T Bank in 1996, where they served as an Administrative Vice President for more than 10 years. In 2007, they joined Genesee Regional Bank as the EVP and Chief Lending Officer, responsible for all commercial banking activities and leading a team to significantly grow the bank's asset portfolio. In 2019, they moved to Precision Optical Transceivers, Inc., initially serving as the Chief Corporate Development Officer before being appointed as the President & CEO in January 2020.
