Sonny Nguyen

Sonny Nguyen is an experienced professional in quality and regulatory affairs, currently serving as the Director of Quality & Regulatory Affairs at Precision Optics Corporation since October 2022. Prior to this role, Sonny held the position of VP of Regulatory Affairs & Quality at Triad Life Sciences, specializing in biotech manufacturing of bio-tissue wound care products. Previous experience also includes serving as Executive Director of Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, and Environmental Hazard & Safety at Carestream Dental, a provider of dental imaging systems and software, as well as Global Director of Systems Engineering, Regulatory Affairs, and Quality Assurance at PeriGen. Sonny began a career at Amgen as Principal Clinical Systems Engineer, focusing on oncology applications within a biotech context. Sonny obtained a B.S. in Computer Science & Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
