Doug Ouhl

Doug Ouhl has extensive experience in safety management within the construction and pipeline industry. Currently serving as Field Safety Manager and Project Safety Lead at Precision Pipeline, LLC since June 2013, Doug oversees new hire orientations and manages field safety representatives, in addition to preparing Site Specific Safety Plans for new projects. Prior to this role, Doug worked as Regional Safety Manager at Willbros from May 2012 to May 2013, where responsibilities included developing safety protocols. Doug's earlier experience includes positions as a Safety Representative at URS Flint and BGI in 2012. Doug's education includes studies at Edison State Community College from 2008 to 2010 and Piqua High School from 1992 to 1995.
