Kelsey Moreland, MS SSEM, is an accomplished safety and environmental management professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Director of Health, Safety, and Environment at Precision Pipeline, LLC since March 2018, Kelsey has built a robust career encompassing roles such as Manager of Compliance and Data Analytics Manager. Prior experience includes HSE Specialist at Graymont, where responsibilities involved MSHA compliance and environmental reporting, and Safety Professional at Midwest Safety Counselors, focusing on workplace safety in the petrochemical industry. Kelsey's previous roles at Enbridge included Ground Disturbance Coordinator and Utility/Safety Inspector, overseeing safety protocols in ground disturbance activities and rail facility inspections.
