Neil Fleischhacker

Neil Fleischhacker has extensive experience in facilities management, IT, and safety. With a background in Computer Science from Bryant & Stratton College, Neil has demonstrated proficiency in managing facilities to meet the diverse needs of tooling, prototyping, fabricating, and more. In their current role at Precision Plus, Neil has overseen strategic planning, safety compliance, and loss control for assets exceeding $8M. As the interim Director of Safety, Neil developed a new safety program and ensured OSHA compliance. Prior to their current position, Neil served as the Corporate Information Technology & Facility Manager at Custome Service Manufacturing.
