Jessica Manuel Morgado is currently the Maputo Operations Manager at Precision Recruitment International. Jessica has experience in coordinating office activities, managing social media platforms, and promoting team well-being. Jessica also serves as a Senior Consultant, where their responsibilities include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and developing client relationships. Additionally, Jessica works as a Consultant and Junior Researcher, providing support to the team and contributing to business development. Outside of PRI, Jessica is the Founder of Tika Bijus.
