Jim Berceau

Jim Berceau has extensive work experience in various roles within the manufacturing and engineering industry. Jim began their career as a Project Engineer at Fort Howard Paper Company, where they successfully managed capital projects.

Jim then joined Valmet, where they held multiple positions over the years. As a Product Manager, they played a key role in the sales and manufacturing of compliant roll covers for paper manufacturing processes. Jim also served as the Technical Manager and Chief Engineer for different divisions, leading engineering efforts and managing technical sales and project teams.

At Webex Precision Rolls and Web Handling Equipment, Jim Berceau contributed to significant sales growth in their position as a Business Leader. Jim was responsible for the engineering aspects of the company and had profit and loss responsibility for the Web Handling Equipment Division.

Jim'smost recent role was as the Executive Vice President and General Manager at Precision Roll Solutions. In this position, they oversaw the manufacturing and engineering of tight tolerance machined components and precision rollers for various industries.
