Richard Shaw has a diverse work experience in the recruitment industry. Richard started their career as a Telesales Executive at Waterloo Solutions Limited from 2014 to 2015. Richard then worked at Recruit 121 Group from 2017 to 2019, where they specialized in talent acquisition for Retail & Fashion organizations that utilize SAP solutions and also worked in the Candidate Services division, identifying SAP professionals for customer projects throughout Europe. Since 2020, Richard has been with Precision Sourcing, initially working as a Senior SAP Recruitment Consultant APAC, then progressing to roles such as Principal SAP Recruitment Consultant, Senior Principal Recruitment Consultant - SAP, and Lead Principle SAP Recruitment Consultant. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Strategic Sales where they aim to create long-lasting partnerships to help organizations succeed in transitioning to S/4HANA, achieving successful project outcomes, and building high-performing teams.
Richard Shaw received a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Wales Trinity Saint David, where they attended from 2013 to 2016.
