Ben Gonzalez has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Ben began their career as a Bi-lingual Tech Support and Customer Care representative at Teletech in 2007. Ben then transitioned to CompuCom, where they served as a Team Lead of Help Desk and later as a Service Delivery Lead. In 2011, Ben worked as a System Administrator and Data Center Engineer at Softtek, supporting General Electric.

In 2013, Ben pursued their interest in automotive mechanics and worked as an Automotive Mechanic Technician at Vegas Market Auto Shop. At the same time, they also started their career as a Commercial Pilot, specializing in instrument-rated flying and holding multiple licenses.

In 2016, Ben joined Farmers Insurance as a Senior Release Manager and IT Project Manager. Ben introduced Agile Methodology for minor impact projects, automated reports, and standardized processes based on ITIL. Following this role, Ben worked at Molina Healthcare as a Senior Scrum Master and Senior IT Project Manager, managing integration projects and automating resource management and status reports.

In 2019, Ben joined Infinite Computer Solutions as an Infrastructure Project Manager, where they were responsible for transitioning the City of Hope's IT infrastructure services to Infinite. Ben performed reverse engineering to understand the infrastructure design and created standard processes and documentation.

Currently, Ben works at Precision Task Group, Inc. as a ServiceNow Engagement Manager and Project Manager. Ben is the primary point of contact for clients, assists in implementing ServiceNow services and effectively manages projects. Notable achievements include implementing ServiceNow for Texas Southern University.

Ben Gonzalez earned a Master's in Project Management from the Universidad Tecnológica de México from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from the same institution from 2006 to 2010. Additionally, Ben obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Tecnológico de Monterrey from 2005 to 2007.
