Michael Montagnon

Michael Montagnon currently serves as the Senior Director of Sales Operations at Precision AQ and is the Founder & Principal Consultant at Ascension Ops, which focuses on optimizing go-to-market strategies for emerging and medium-sized organizations. Previously, Michael served as Associate Director, Head of Sales Operations at UBC, where responsibilities included managing sales processes, leading an Inside Sales team, and acting as Salesforce Product Owner. Earlier experience includes roles at PwC, where consulting work spanned multiple industries, and at Marsh as a Broker Representative, advising high-level executives on complex property insurance placements. Michael holds a B.B.A. in Risk Management and Insurance from the Fox School of Business at Temple University.
