Ciaran Mc Carthy

Ciaran Mc Carthy has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Ciaran started their career in 1996 as a Moulding Technician at Mediplast and worked there until 2004. Ciaran then worked as an Electrician at Whitelite Automation from 2004 to 2008. Following this, they served as a Production Manager at Ludowici Sealing Solutions for a brief period in 2009. In 2010, Ciaran became a Production Shift Supervisor at Oglesby and Butler Ltd and held the position until 2012. Ciaran then joined The Tech Group as a Molding Process Engineer from 2012 to 2014. Later, Ciaran worked as a Senior Molding Process Engineer at Johnson & Johnson Vision Care, Inc. from 2014 to 2018. Ciaran'snext role was as a PDMP Principal Engineer Injection Molding at SHL Group (Scandinavian Health Limited) from June 2018 to April 2019. Currently, Ciaran Mc Carthy is working as an Injection Molding Project Manager at Precision Valve Corporation since 2019.

Ciaran Mc Carthy received a Bachelor's Degree in Polymer Processing from the Institute of Technology, Sligo, from 2012 to 2014. In 2012, they also obtained a Certificate in Product and Process Validation & SCIM Studies from the same institute. Prior to that, from 2004 to 2008, they completed a National Electrical Apprenticeship at the Waterford Institute of Technology. In 2006, they earned a Certificate in Programmable Logic Controls from the Institute of Technology, Carlow. Additionally, Ciaran obtained certificates in Injection Moulding Technician Programme and Mould Design, Pneumatics & Hydraulics from the Institute of Technology, Sligo, in 2000 and 1999, respectively.
