Omar Atadia has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the manufacturing industry. Omar started their career as an Engineer Trainee at ITT Inc. in 1990 and later became a Production Manager. Omar then joined Valeo as an Industrial Manager and later served as a Production Supervisor.
In 2000, Atadia joined Kautex Textron, where they held multiple positions, including Plant Operations Manager, Continuous Improvement Global Manager, and Executive Director of Business & Operations.
From 2009 to 2013, they worked as the Director of Operations at Amcor, responsible for managing seven plants and overseeing key processes. During their time there, Atadia successfully completed the New National Footprint Project, resulting in improved efficiency and reduced inventories.
Omar then joined TUBEX in 2013 as the Director of Operations, where they served as the Chief Operating Officer.
Since 2017, Atadia has been working at Precision Valve Corporation as the Regional Operations Director for Latin America. In this role, they are responsible for managing packaging operations and business, overseeing three plants, and leading a team of 240 people. Omar has implemented various strategies and initiatives that have led to significant growth in market share and profitability. Omar Atadia has a diverse education history, with various degrees and post-graduations in different fields. Omar started their educational journey in 1987 at FEI - Faculdade de Engenharia Industrial, where they pursued a Graduation in Metallurgical Engineering and Production, which they completed in 1991.
Seeking further education, Omar attended INPG Business School in 1993, where they completed a Post-graduation in Total Quality. In 1994, they continued their studies at INPG Business School and obtained a Post-graduation in Business Administration.
In 1996, Omar enrolled in Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas and pursued a Master's degree in Production Engineering, which they successfully completed in 1997.
Continuing their commitment to learning, Omar Atadia attended CAG Academy in Vienna, Austria, in 2015, where they completed a program on People Management with Emphasis on Organizational Leadership.
Recently, in 2020, Omar pursued an MBA in Finance at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, which they completed in 2021.
