Tom Sneed

Tom Sneed has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Tom began their career in 1984 as a Sergeant in the US Marine Corps. After that, they worked as a Senior Accountant at Dougherty, Littlewood & Hamilton, CPAs, PLLC before transitioning to managerial roles in various companies. Tom's experience includes being a Manager of Consulting Services/Team-leader at Forrest Consulting/Intelligent Technologies, Inc., Financial Officer + Treasurer at Carolina Summit Healthcare, Inc., and Principal at BroadPoint Technologies. Tom also served as the Chief Financial Officer at Energy Services Holdings and subsidiaries and later became the CFO at Precision Walls, Inc. In their roles, they have managed finance, IT teams, implemented data analytics programs, managed audit and tax programs, and built accounting teams.

Tom Sneed holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Accounting from the North Carolina State University - College of Management. In addition to their degree, they have obtained various certifications, including Advanced DAX, Thinking like an analyst, Power BI Desktop, and Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from Maven Analytics, NC State Board of CPA Examiners, and the institution respectively. The most recent certification was the Advanced DAX certification obtained in January 2022.
