Dutch Noss

Dutch Noss began their career in 1998 as the Owner of RadioActive Ranch Music. In 2003, they moved to AIM Healthcare/Optum Insight as an Operation's Manager and Claims Analyst. From 2011 to 2016, they worked at Arbor Health in three different roles: EVP of Operations, VP of Data Mining and Internal Operations, and VP of Product Development. In 2016, they joined UnitedHealth Group as VP of Payment Integrity, where they were responsible for managing the operations and delivery of Payment Integrity services. In 2020, they were appointed Chief Operating Officer at PrecisionGx.

Dutch Noss received a Bachelor of Arts in English and Philosophy from La Roche University in 1990, after completing their studies in 1986.
